Kids Basic – Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

We offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

  • You received an item that doesn’t match the description or images on our website.

  • You received an incomplete order (for example, a missing product in a combo).

Time Frame

You must raise a replacement or refund request within 3 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and baby safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective:

  • Feeding items (bottles, sippers, pacifiers, teethers, etc.)

  • Baby hygiene products

  • Opened or used items

Please check your product carefully upon delivery before opening or using it.


3. Replacement Process

Make a Video While Receiving the Parcel

To ensure smooth support and quick resolutions, we request all customers to make a clear unboxing video while opening their parcel.

This video helps us verify any missing, damaged, or incorrect items and process your replacement or refund faster.

Unboxing Video Guidelines

  • The video must start before opening the parcel and show the complete unboxing process.

  • Make sure the shipping label, parcel seal, and product inside are clearly visible.

  • The video must show the issue clearly (for example: damaged product, wrong , missing item, etc.).

  • The video should be unedited and recorded in good lighting.

This helps us verify the issue and process your replacement or refund faster.


4. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only after:

  • The issue is verified by our quality team.

  • The product (if applicable) is returned in unused condition with its original packaging.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via store credit (as per your preference).


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

For prepaid orders, refunds (after cancellation) will be processed within 3–5 working days.


6. Damaged or Missing Products on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please record a short unboxing video and send it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
This helps us verify the issue and process your replacement quickly.
